PROBLEM WITH NAME AND PIC DISPLAY

Here is a quick way to fix that: 

1. Open the Zoom desktop app and make sure you are not signed-in
2. Click Join a Meeting. 
3. Adjust the display name listed there and enable the Remember my name for future meetings option. 
4. Join a meeting (it can be a meeting you've scheduled or an old ID). 
5. Once you've joined, or at least attempted to join, that name should be saved.

Thanks for trying to fix this. I performed steps one and two, but there was no display name listed. Also, when I do join the meeting, I change the name to mine and click Remember, but it doesn't work. And I still have the wrong pic displayed.
