Problem with cloud recording

Recorded a recent meeting from the beginning to cloud. The link I received showed a recording that started an hour into the 2-hour session. So it only recorded half of the meeting. Why would this happen?

    Hey @DCCBB , was automatic recording enabled? Automatic recording is an option that allows the host to start local recording or cloud recording automatically when the meeting starts. This can be used if a Host or participants with recording capabilities in-meeting forget to start the recording. 

     

    I'd reach out to our Zoom technical support and they can further look into your issue to dig down as to why this occurred, whether it be misconfigured settings, user error, etc.
