Problem with camera

The camera option on my screen says video is on but there is a no camera sign on the screen. This has been for the last 3 weeks. I have all updates checked.

Thank you for reply. Yes camera working with other apps. Zoom screen shows camera option on ok lower bar but screen is grey with a camera with line through it.
