Problem camera

Hello,

I don't know why my camera in zoom doesn't work.

It appears as the old computers...

Yet my camera in the windows works normally.

Please help me about this subject.

The photo of the bug is attached in the file.

It disturb me a lot.

    Hi @Yona 

     

    Go into your Video settings in Zoom and set HD and Original Ratio:

    Thank you very much for your answer!!

    Yet my problem is still persisting.

    The lines are reduced but still cause the items in the screen bigger on the sides and smaller from the top to the bottom as if it was streched on the sides.

    Look at the file attached.

    Secondly the image is like a mirror : so I enabled the mirror option and it came as normal. Don't you see that strange ?
