i was created meeting already but now if i will upgrade to pro plan link will be change or not ?

Usually, the link will not change.

However, there is a possibility that https://xxx.zoom.us/j/ZZZ will be changed to https://yyy.zoom.us/j/ZZZ.
In this case, you will be able to join the meeting using the link with yyyy. removed "https://zoom.us/j/ZZZ"
