Pro licensed user - getting kicked out his own meeting.

Hi 

I have a user, who is a Pro licensed user and consistently gets kicked out of his own scheduled meeting at 40mins. Tried all the suggested solutions, but it is still happening, I'm at a loss as to what to check next. 

Any suggestions/help

    This usually happens when the license itself has not been properly allocated to the user-profile under https://zoom.us/account/user#/

     

    Does your user for-sure show a Pro license under User Management?

    Hi Rupert, 

    Thanks for the reply, I know for sure the user has allocated a pro license as I am an admin and have re-added the license as part of troubleshooting, it seems a strange one.

    Hi @adtaylo 

     

    Are the meetings timing out with participants in them? Could this be an idle timeout, rather than a license issue?

     

    Is the user for-sure logging in with the correct user details, from your account?
