Poll report

I hosted a large meeting and launched a pre-saved poll, watched as everyone participated in the poll successfully but now can't find the results report anywhere. I saw 29 people registered responses. Could it be because I accessed the meeting through outlook which is attached to a different email? But zoom still recognised me as the host and let me launch the poll so am confused! When I go onto the zoom web portal and look at my previous meetings it says poll "not launched". Be grateful if anyone has any ideas...

    Hi got some assistance from Zoom support and solved the issue for me. Response below may help you too...

     

    I understand that you are reaching out in regards to having issues getting the poll report data. Allow me to check this for you.
     
    We apologize for the confusion here. The "Not Launched" status you are seeing from the scheduled meeting is the live status of the poll during the Zoom meetings.
     
    It will show as "Not launched" if the meeting is no longer active/not in progress. It will show as "Launched" when you are in a meeting and already launched the poll. Lastly, it will show as "Ended" when you are in a meeting and already ended the poll. See the sample below:
     

     

     


    You can get the poll report data after conducting the Zoom meeting by navigating to Reports > Under Usage reports click Meeting > change the time range if necessary > make sure to choose "Poll report".
     
    From there, it will show the lists of meetings you have conducted a Poll and be able to generate the data. Please see below:
