The IT admin account is unable to edit users' PMI. I keep getting:

"only your it admin can change your personal meeting id"

That's me!?!

    @ceeadmin well that definitely doesn't sound right!  Can you verify that nobody has Disabled the PMI for the account or your group?

    I was able to solve this issue.

     

    The account I was trying to change was a basic user I had to change it to licensed and then I was able to change the PMI as an admin.
