PLEASE HELP!!!

Last night I used zoom for my annual Round Table discussion for my YouTube channel and instead of being able to record it myself this time the AI started the recording and it did not save it to the cloud like it was supposed to or at least I can't find it anywhere. It did not save to my computer, nor did it save to anyone else's cloud or device that was in the meeting. Can anyone please help me with this??!! I just hosted a zoom meeting a month ago and did not have this problem nor have I ever had a problem finding recordings. I hate AI truly but I desperately need help and zoom's AI says that my 18.99 a month doesn't cover being able to speak to a human on the telephone.
