Placing users is a waiting room

Hi Everyone, 

I'm new to Zoom as a host.

My question for you all is...Is there a way that a Guest Participant is placed directly into the Waiting Room based on their email?  I want them to present later but not see confidential information beforehand.

    Thank you for your inquiry.

     

    in answer to your question, yes you can place anyone not part of your organisation into the waiting room whilst attendees with the same email domain as yours can bypass the waiting room. This setting is enabled in the Zoom portal account, group or user settings for the waiting room options, please see the link below for details on how to do this:
