Hello,
I would like to understand why participants can access Zoom meetings by telephone via freephone numbers when there is a €100 per month offer to obtain the meeting option by telephone.
Are these free numbers absolutely free from any landline or mobile phone?

i think you mean the add-on for audio-conferencing.

The big difference between this add-on and the free features in the meeting are:

free call-out function
free of charge dial-in numbers for participants in more country's
you can choose which dial-in numbers you enable for the meetings.
