Participants are not recorded

All,

I am facing an issue with recordings since I switched to a new laptop. The audio of all my participants is not recorded. Configuration and setup is the same.

Any advice?

SHOOT.  I searched community first and see you do not have any answers.  I have the same exact question!  Did you ever figure anything out?  I was going to email support, but I do not see that as an option either.
