Participant & Chat during a PT Presentation

I am having a problem with the chat and participant boxes covering the presentation since the last update.  The participant see a black box & the host is unable to make the chat & participant boxes narrow enough so not to cover the slide as with an earlier version of zoom.

 

Any recommendations would be helpful.

Is the black box showing during screen sharing?

We advise to create a Zoom ticket so we can better investigate the issue.

We may need to get more information regarding this which includes sending us a screenshot.

Hello,

 

Thank you for your response.  This is what the students are seeing.  Additionally, the screen sharing is pasuing on it's own after 5 sec of sharing. Receiving an error message on your site: "you do not have permission to upload images" when I try to upload an Image. I also tried to reply to your message, but it kicked back after 3 days.  Not sure how I can provide you with a screenshot.
