original voice can`t be shut down during listening to translation

@Christian7 - This is intentional.  The original voice is reduced 80% while they are talking so that participants can hear voice inflections, tone, etc.

in my case there is no reduction of original voice. There is a mixture of both voices that can`t be understood. No difference between shut down original voice or not. All other bottons are working even the translation can be switched there is only the problem I told

Ah, I got you.  Have you (or an admin on your account) opened a support ticket?  It would be difficult to trace the issue without looking at a specific meeting.
