Open two meetings at once with Zoom Workplace Pro account & licensed users

I don't know how to open two meetings at once with our Zoom Workplace Pro account, and I don't understand "licensed users" and although we have four licensed users, Zoom says we only have rights to one.

Hello @PortlandFolk – With your Zoom Workplace Pro account, each licensed user can only host one meeting at a time. You cannot host 2 meetings at once. To clarify, a licensed user in Zoom refers to someone with a paid Zoom account who can access features like scheduling and hosting meetings without the 40-minute time limit (as opposed to free/basic accounts).

Could you tell me more about why you are looking to host 2 meetings at once?

Our organization used Pro. We can have 1-9 licenses. I would like other members of our organization to be able to schedule and host meetings. Do they have to have a license or would they be a user. If they need to be licensed, I would have to purchase a license for them even though I can have 1-9 licenses? If I have to pay, how much does it cost to add each license. I'm not sure what the difference is between a user and a license.
