On my desktop, when I schedule a meeting, I can copy the invite to an Outlook email and create hyper

On my desktop, when I schedule a meeting, I can copy the invite to an Outlook email and make the zoom connection a hyperlink.  But when I copy the invite on my iPad and then paste it into an email, I can't make it a hyperlink.

I've watched a bunch of videos, but don't seem to be able to figure this out.
