All, 

 

Hoping someone can direct me.  I need reporting from Jan - May of 2024.  I have Jan to 1st week of Feb.  This is for a court filing.  Is it possible to request this data, even if I have to pay for them to pull it on the account?  Also wondering if it is possible to show Host IP address?  Anyone know?

 

If so, can someone direct me to the individual/group/support team where I can place the request.  Surely Zoom must have a customer service team that handles escalations like this.  Any direction that is useful is most appreciated!

System only shows 30 days at a time. Change the search dates for each month.

I cannot run a report from 2024.  While the system provides a monthly (30 day window), it does not provide rolling results.   I need access to history, and I need to see if I can also have the IP address of the host (myself).

 

Hence, I opened a technical ticket...
