We have an auto deletion policy of 120 days. Does Zoom support or create email notifications for a set time before a file is moved to garbage or deleted from garbage?

Under your meeting settings in the zoom.us portal you have the option to get an email notification for recordings that are about to be deleted. This will notify the host 7 days before the recording is deleted:
