Not receiving Activation emails

Good morning,

 

I have a private free account on Zoom and I started working for a company that has requested me to add me into their Zoom account. This means they could check all my recordings and monitor the activity I do out work on my personal time. I tried to create a new account with another email, to avoid this, but I have not received the Activation email. I tried everything suggested, but still nothing.

 

Could you please guide me or offer some advice about how to proceed next?

    Just adding to @ccameron's reply, but @Aliromeror After you've checked IP addresses and spam filters, and confirm that users still aren't receiving activation emails, you can submit a request to Zoom Support to check if the email address is on a bounce list.
