Not detecting microphone

Hi 

My zoom isn’t detecting my speaker or microphone once in a meeting. I have uninstalled, reinstalled zoom. Checked and tested everything with no luck it’s driving me mad ! 

any ideas ?

I’m using a Acer laptop never had issues before.
