Not able to view previous recorded session which was stored in Cloud

Hi, 

 

On 18th November I had a session recorded and was stored in the cloud . After the session got over I got the below link for downloading the session but now when i try to download i am no more able to see the recorded session.

Can you please help me in getting it downloaded.

    Hi @Kuldip! I know it has been a while since you initially posted, but I want to make sure you receive assistance. I would suggest checking the settings under the Recordings tab. Please double-check if you have the Delete cloud recordings after a specified number of days toggled on. This will auto-delete the recording after a specified number of days and may be the reason why you are no longer able to access the recording.
