Non-requested change of individual meetings to Recurring meetings

If your individually scheduled weekly meetings are being automatically converted to recurring meetings and the personal meeting ID (PMI) is changing, it may be due to how the meetings are being scheduled.

Here’s what you need to know:

• If you use your PMI and later change it, all meetings scheduled with that PMI will update to the new ID.
• To avoid meetings being grouped as recurring or having the PMI change, schedule each meeting with an automatically generated meeting ID instead of your PMI.

This will keep each meeting separate and prevent automatic conversion to recurring meetings or changes to your meeting ID.
