NO VIDEO OR AUDIO AT ZOOM MEETINGS

HELP PLEASE

I can connect to the Zoom app on my laptop but I have no video or audio.

Yesterday my friend sent me a link to a Zoom meeting and I could see my 2 friends faces and hear their conversations, but I could not let them see my face and the audio was not connecting. I have used Zoom on my laptop before and have NEVER had this problem.

FRUSTRATING!
