No Video

I have a Logitech HD webcam C270. It has worked in the past for Zoom & Google Meet. It no longer works for Zoom but it does work for Google Meet. I've gone thru all the setting and I can't find anything that will change it. I've followed the basic trouble shooting Zoom offers with no luck (restarting the computer, etc.).

I use Windows 10.

Any ideas?

Hi

Are u using virtual camera like obs/ snap camera before? it can be affected. 

is uninstall then do fresh install latest version zoom not help?

you also can test the zoom meeting using this https://zoom.us/test

this installation of a new Logitech 920S was automatic for other apps (Skype, WhatsApp, NetMeeting, Teams) but not Zoom

have done a removal from Devices and uninstalled Zoom client

restart computer

reinserted cam and automatic configuration and tested OK

reinstalled current Zoom app as of 21 MAY 2022 and did not have any issues with testing audio, but no video

why is this configuration so difficult? what is the internal conflict?
