No Extension beyond 40 minutes on Zoom Workplace Plus

Hello Everyone

Can any one help me please?

I signed up for Zoom Workplace Basic Plus Plan about 2 months ago but my meetings are ended after 40 minutes without warning.

Zoom say that a ‘pop up’ should tell me before the 40 minutes are up that I need to click it to extend the meeting. 

I’m yet to see a ‘pop up’ though after reconnecting my participants tell me that they had a ‘pop up’ a few seconds before the meeting ended at 40 minutes.

Can anyone offer a solution please? 

And/Or, send me a screenshot of what I’m not seeing!?   

For information this is what Zoom said when they said they’d fixed it. 

“After thoroughly reviewing your account and escalating your case, We can confirm that your Zoom Workplace Basic Plus license is properly assigned and fully active. You currently have 4 meeting extensions available. This means that whenever your meeting approaches the 40-minute mark, you will receive a pop-up notification giving you the option to extend your meeting—simply click the notification to continue your session without interruption.

We have verified that there are no issues with your subscription or license entitlement at this time. Your account is set up as intended, and you should be able to utilize all features of your Basic Plus plan”.
