No 2-factor authentification, but I can only login with a code

This is new and very annoying: I don't have set the 2-factor authentification because we are a group of people that need to login to the account from different locations. But now I can only login after entering a code which is send per e-mail. How can I switch this off and can have the former login possibility?

Hi @MartinSch, welcome to the Zoom community! In order to set up 2-factor authentication, you need to be the account owner or have admin privileges.
