new user accept invite but not showing up as user

I invited someone to be a licensed user on Zoom; he accepted the invite but is not showing up as a user on my account.  Does it take a while for a user to show up?

    Hi, @ckenney1 

    Is it shown in the pending tab of user management in the admin menu?

    If so, it is waiting for the user activation process.

    Please have the person you invited process the activation from the email he received.
