my zoom is not working

I have the basis. My zoom is not working to connet with meeting more, why? and Why can my zoom not more connet to Facebook? It could last week. I need support. thanks

    Hi @tanja , sorry to hear you're having problems! I have a couple of questions. Are you using the latest version of Zoom? Also, what device are you using?
