My Video quality goes bad when sharing my screen

Ever since the last ZOOM update whenever I share my screen my video goes all crazy. My students are fine but mine glitches and locks. I thought it was my camera so I upgraded but still have the same problem. Help please!

    This is in response to your question, Access " Zoom.us" from your browser then access your meetings from there. Your "screen sharing" apparently should work! I'm having issues with the quality as well, with the video, while "screen sharing", it's not a smooth transition for my viewers! They're Glitches and the Audio is not in sink or delayed! This needs to be addressed Attn Zoom Tech! 🤔 🤔
