My video image freezes on my new MacBook Pro

I just got a new MacBook Pro partly because my Zoom audio was bad and it interfered with other meeting participants. Now the sound is fine, but now my video continually freezes and unfreezes every few seconds, and also goes black, alternating with working for a few seconds—very distracting.

Hey @mirseidel, what version of Zoom and version of OS are you currently running on your Mac? Is this the M1 Chip Mac?

Hello there!

Same here - every few (15-20) seconds incoming video and audio freeze, skip few milliseconds, then they synchronize and work correctly for few seconds.

Mac is powered by M1pro and running on MacOS Monterey 12.2.1
