My recording cannot be converted even though it is on my computer.
Hi there.
My semester project required me to record a discussion using Zoom. Zoom did save my recording when I clicked the 'Recordings' tab. I cannot record it whenever I click on it. The file could not be converted at all. Additionally, I checked whether the file existed on the web client, but it does not. Could it be that the file is corrupted? I hope it helps. Prior to recording, I did a demo recording. However, the second demo recording did not save. As I just downloaded Zoom, it should also be the latest version since I use Zoom on my desktop with the latest Microsoft Windows.
