I have a message tells me to communicate with the admin because there are some options I can't change them. I am the owner of the account ! How can I communicate with the admin

How do I access admin in Gmail?

In any web browser, go to admin.google.com. Starting from the sign-in page, enter the email address and password for your admin account (it does not end in @gmail.com). If you forgot your password, see Reset your administrator password.

I am hVING DIFFICULTY FINDING MY ZOOM ID info.

Also, when I am on zoom, and try to share my screen, it shows the invited guest I am sharing my screen, however all they see is a black screen. And on my screen at the bottom it shows my share idom with an x on it and the video off. when I click on it, then the invited guess goes back to the orginal screen. What is wrong.
