My brother-in-law made a MP4 file of the memorial for his brother and I can't make it visible

The memorial service on Zoom is Sat morning, and in the "run-through" those on the Zoom could hear it, but not see it. What do I need to do as I open this document and then try to share it?  Thank you in advance for your help.
