Microphone not working

How do I turn on microphone? Mic works with Skype and WhatsApp but not with Zoom and I can't find a settings tab and the chat bot is useless!!!

Sorry for not getting back sooner but I lost your reply to me for a few days. The device (my mic is fine as it works with Skype and WhatsApp. The help list says login, click on my profile and then settings BUT when I click on my profile all I see is Plans and billing, Add account and Sign out. If looked at settings on the left hand side but no help regarding microphone. Any other suggestions? Regards Mike

Hello   @mike8man

It appears you are trying to configure web settings versus settings within the Zoom Workplace App which I believe is where you are running into difficulties. Please verify you have followed the steps in the linked article above so you can go into your Zoom Workplace App settings, click on Audio, then Speaker and troubleshoot per the article recommendations.

I do not want the microphone connected to the computer - just to zoom.
