Meeting user report names

I am trying to pull a participant/user report from a meeting - and all the names are asterisks.

Any suggestions what I'm doing wrong?

Hi,

Are you generating and Downloading the report from https://zoom.us/account/report/regmeeting - and are you seeing the report in CSV format once downloaded?

Did the meeting require registration, and authentication?

The meeting did not register through the meeting template - nor was authentication needed. I tried the link you listed and got a "No Access" error message.

Hi @Birgit366

Are you part of a Healthcare account? If so, it could be that you have HIPAA security enabled on the account, which would ensure that participant information is not stored due to privacy concerns.

It is not a Healthcare account - HIPAA should not be an issue.
