Hello, I need help understanding why our meeting couldn’t be summarized due to an insufficient transcript. We've used this feature many times before, but this time it didn’t work, and I’m not sure why. Does anyone know how to contact Zoom support?

I had this problem today and checked my meeting files—a very robust, full transcript WAS generated. So why no AI summary…?

Same situation here. Full excellent cloud recording, full transcript and no AI summary. This has happened a couple of times and is very frustrating.

HI @Caryltso ,

I would only expect this message if the mynote was not working, maybe paused, or ther was nothing to hear.
When I do silent meeitngs when testing my software, I get this.
I would not expect it for a full meeting.
