MEETING AGENDAS
A question from a new user.
I have set up weekly team meetings. Is it possible for meeting participants to help create a new agenda ahead of each meeting within Zoom, or do we have to do this externally?

Thank you for your contribution. Zoom can create an agenda inside Zoom, but it’s not a shared “everyone edits the agenda” feature in Zoom Meetings itself.
What you can do in Zoom:
- If your account has AI Companion enabled by your admin, the host can use Generate agenda when scheduling a meeting in the Zoom Workplace app. Admins control this in the Zoom web portal under Account Settings > AI Companion > Meeting.
If you want participants to collaboratively build/edit an agenda ahead of time, that typically needs to be done externally (or in a separate collaboration tool), then you can paste/link it into the meeting invite/description.
