MEETING AGENDAS

I have the same question.  Can I send a meeting agenda along with the Zoom invitation before the meeting.  Can anyone and/or anyone at Zoom Support answer this question?  Y/N?

did anyone ever follow up here ?

Thank you for your contribution. Zoom can create an agenda inside Zoom, but it’s not a shared “everyone edits the agenda” feature in Zoom Meetings itself.

What you can do in Zoom:

• If your account has AI Companion enabled by your admin, the host can use Generate agenda when scheduling a meeting in the Zoom Workplace app. Admins control this in the Zoom web portal under Account Settings > AI Companion > Meeting.

If you want participants to collaboratively build/edit an agenda ahead of time, that typically needs to be done externally (or in a separate collaboration tool), then you can paste/link it into the meeting invite/description.
