Meating password problen

So, I have a school project and I'm trying to join it and I type the password to it, and it says it's the wrong password.

and the teacher said that was the password to it what do I do about that?

    Hi @aidan11, hmmm interesting.. are you the only participant having this issue? Can you please check with the host in attempt for the host of the meeting to enable the setting at  https://zoom.us/profile/setting "Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join", which when sending the invite link to participants as the HOST, participants will not have to enter the passcode.     Secondly, if this is NOT possible, can you please ensure with host that the meeting information is correct? Meeting ID and Passcode?
