Hi @nynancy99! Can you provide any additional details? Did anything happen prior to you noticing your cloud recordings were lost?

This is all new to me. . .my first time recording. . .navigating this Zoom Community. . .etc.  Thank you so much for getting back to me.  I know the recording was on the cloud (part of 2 hours of personal stories in an Interfaith Story Circle).  I am supposed to be sharing the stories and today the email from last night says that the files do not exist. I think the problem is that for security reasons I deleted the meeting.  This is only a guess, but it's the only thing that changed between the time that I watched the video and when I looked for it again today.

Also, can you tell me how to find the Meetings board???  Thank you.

Welcome to the community! We're glad to have you here 😊

If you log into your Zoom account, do you see the Recordings tab? For reference, let's take a look at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/216378863-Recover-a-deleted-cloud-recording.

Also, to navigate to the meetings boards, click the Products dropdown menu. I moved your post to Meetings for you 💙

Thank you. I found the lost recording. My one last question.  Can I save the recording where I can access it for more than 30 days?

One more question (sorry)  The link I got from recovery is not shareable.  I'm told it is requiring a password, and the shareable copy link is disabled. What can I do to share this video.
