Lost Cloud Recording

Context: Original host transferred host to my account as they would be leaving mid-meeting. I started the recording to the cloud and ended at the end of session.

The recording was not in my account (as we transferred host mid-session, the recording should be in the original hosts account) but the recording was also not found in the account of the original host. Is there a way to recover this cloud recording in some form? How did it disappear?

I have the same exact situation and question. The recording is not found anywhere (drive, cloud, zoom app) on either end, for the original host or the transferred host.
