Login problem

I have a personal zoom account and a pro zoom (business) account. I am able to login to the pro business account using the desktop client but can only login to my personal account on zoom's web portal.   I was able to login to both accounts on the portal in the past. I know the passwords. Help please. The portal will not accept my login credentials for the pro business account. Help please and thank you.

    Are you using https://zoom.us/signin or a different URL to login to the web portal?

     

    Are you receiving a specific error message?

    I mostly share my screen with my son. We share our screen and camera and play our most favorite Games   by using zoom sign in.

    There are so many problems that we are facing here while meeting from the last three weeks kindlyguide us in a proper way to fix this problem.

    same issue I am also using it to share gaming screen share and having the mentioned issues.
