Local Recordings

I had a meeting earlier today via Zoom.

It was set up to record the meeting.

Once the recording downloaded to my computer it wouldn't open or play.

When I go to my recordings page and click local recordings nothing is there.

I am trying to contact support but I am not getting anywhere
