Live streaming option missing: unable to live stream to a FB event

Hello!

I have tried to live stream to a FB event. Live streaming to FB wall works like a charm. Settings are ok. 

The problem is that I do not get the options for Live streaming (including the button "Configure custom streaming service"

) at the bottom of the page. 

Where is the problem?
