Linux: Proper GUI only displayed after restarting Zoom

I am running Zoom Linux version 5.8.0 on Ubuntu 18.04.

When I start Zoom I am often getting a broken GUI: The upcoming meetings / calendar widget is missing on the home window and the chat window only shows the participants list on a white background, but no chat. I often have to restart Zoom several times before I am getting a proper GUI.

This bug appeared with version 5.8.0. I completely reinstalled Zoom (including deleting the user data), but that did not fix the problem.

    Hi @appalloosa-cob

I'd suggest trying to submit a report in the in-app Report a Problem form - and include the log file and system information button.

This is an issue that I'm experiencing too.  I've attached some screenshots to this reply. I am running 5.8.0 (16) on gentoo linux. @appalloosa-cob - Have you submitted a ticket for this?

Yes, I submitted a ticket. The ticket number is #12518692, but I do not know how it can be viewed by other people. It might be good if you submit one yourself so they know it's not just me.
