Today, I upgraded my account to pro.

 

I paid the fee, and I'm the only user. 

 

In account profile page, account type is pro.

 

But whenever I start zoom and sign in the zoom program, its account is standard. 

 

All I can do is to have a meeting just for 40 mins. 

 

What's the problem?

    Hi,

     

    A few troubleshooting questions for you.. 

     

    Are you signing-in to the exact same account/email in the Zoom client, as you used to purchase online?

     

    In your web settings - what is listed under "User Summary" at https://zoom.us/account/user#/advanced

     

    Are you able to Start a meeting from your web console at https://zoom.us/start/videomeeting ?
