launch failure

Hi All, 

Zoom "crashes" when I attempt to launch from my laptop- I can log oin- change settings etc. When starting a meeting I'm redirected to a blue screen saying my device needs to shut down and information needs to be gathered- Then my lap top restarts. Any suggestion?

    Hello!

     

    The first thing to try in this scenario would be to do a Clean Uninstall and Reinstall.  You can find the clean uninstall tool at the following link:  Clean Zoom 

     

    Once completed, please reinstall the Zoom client.
