Laptop shutdowns while on Zoom Meetings

I hope you are doing well. I'm writing to address an ongoing issue that our employees are experiencing while using Zoom Meetings.
Issue:
- During Zoom Meetings, our employees encounter frequent system restarts. Additionally, when users join a Zoom Meeting, their voices are inaudible to others for the initial 10-20 seconds.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
- Updated system drivers
- Checked for all available system updates
- Run system file check commands:
- dism /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
- sfc /scannow
- chkdsk
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom application
System Configuration:
- Laptop Brands: Lenovo, Dell
- RAM: 16GB
- Processors: AMD Ryzen 7 and AMD Ryzen 5
- Windows Version: Windows 11
