Why are my participants required to enter their email address and email password to join meetings I host?

    Sounds like you have the setting 'only authenticated users can join' enabled for your meetings. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360060549492-Allowing-only-authenticated-users-in-meetings
