Job Application Withdrawn

I recently submitted an application for the role '2023 Machine Learning Research - Intern'. However, I forgot to attach my cover letter before submitting, therefore I went to the candidate home page and withdrew the application, in the hope that it would allow me to edit and resubmit my application but I cannot.
