Issues when using Zoom App on MS Teams Logitech Rally Bar

Has anyone had issues when trying to Join Zoom Meeting from a Logitech Rally Bar that is setup as a Teams Room primarily. We have seen issues from time to time when trying to join Zoom meetings from the Logitech Rally Bar Teams Room system. I do understand that this app is designed by Microsoft and not Zoom but figured to ask here as well.

 

CollabOS version: 1.13.124.

    Hi there, just set this up and started testing.  After following the instructions on the device to enable third party meetings/Zoom, and forwarding a meeting to the device, I was able to join the Zoom meeting no problem, but don't have any meeting controls and can't even leave the meeting.

     

    Using a Rally Bar mini, just with remote control only, and a Basic/Free Teams room license.  Our Zoom meetings have some lock down settings as well as they are council meetings so not sure if this is device, license, or meeting settings, and whether a Tap would provide more options.  Will do more testing and wondering if others get meeting controls
